Privacy Minimal collection

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lukata Solutions ("Lukata," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, interact with our assistant, or request a demo.

Last updated: March 15, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through LukataSolutions.com, our demos, and our assistant experiences (including embedded widgets when deployed on client websites).

This page is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the site and provide the requested service. The fields collected depend on what you submit and how you interact with us.

  • Contact details you provide: name, email, phone number.
  • Message content you submit through the live demo, embedded widget, or email.
  • Intake responses you provide through structured intake forms, including service details, location, timeline, and other fields configured for the specific business.
  • Scheduling details you provide: preferred times, service details, and context needed to schedule.
  • Conversation transcripts: the full text of your conversation with the assistant, retained for quality review and owner visibility.
  • Usage and device data: device/browser info, approximate location, and basic logs for security and reliability.
  • Source attribution: referring URL, UTM parameters, and page URL where you interacted with the system.

Do not submit passwords, financial data, medical information, or other sensitive details through the live demo or intake forms.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide support.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the intake, qualification, and booking workflow.
  • To qualify and prioritize leads based on business rules configured by the client.
  • To send service-related communications by email.
  • To troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and secure our systems.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

AI, automation, and Verified Intake

Our system uses AI to assist with conversations in the live demo and client-deployed widgets. AI responses pass through a validation pipeline called Verified Intake, which checks every response against approved facts, blocks unsupported claims, and prevents fabrication of information or advice outside the configured scope.

Lead qualification is performed by deterministic rules, not AI. Scoring, prioritization, and routing decisions are based on business rules defined by the client, not on AI inference or generative models.

Transcripts and safety logs. Conversation transcripts are retained and made available to the business owner for review. The system maintains an internal safety audit trail that records validation events, blocked responses, and trust-relevant actions. These logs are used for quality assurance and system integrity, not for marketing or profiling.

AI-generated responses may contain errors despite validation controls. For regulated industries (legal, medical, financial), additional guardrails block unauthorized professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific guidance.

Sharing and disclosures

We may share information with service providers that help us operate, including:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • AI model providers solely to generate assistant responses within the configured scope.
  • Calendar services (such as Google Calendar) when booking is enabled, solely to create and manage appointments.
  • Email providers to send service-related notifications.
  • Legal and safety needs when required to comply with law or protect rights and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may retain limited records (including intake responses, conversation transcripts, lead event logs, and safety audit records) to maintain system integrity, resolve disputes, and support client operations.

Your choices

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
  • You can avoid sharing personal or sensitive details in the live demo chat.
  • You can contact us at any time to ask about data we hold about you.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest changes took effect.
